Where to Begin

Where to Begin.

That is the question for me to ask.

I have no idea where to begin so I will try to give an intro.

I have decided to rebuild myself this year. I have been, for far too long, in a circle of thinking about redefining myself and my career but I never follow through. I have honestly been a slouch who promises and never fulfills.

I want to change that this year. I have plans and notebooks to keep me going in the Tech and Personal world.

Therefore this site exists as a method to help move myself forward, gain attention of my IT love, a portfolio, demostrate my dreams coming true, embrasing work and oportunities, give others an chance to see what I am doing and am capable of doing, and just because…

I love tech work. I love computers. I in particular love web and mobile development. I have been working in those fields more than anything else in IT. I am currently doing mostly web development both native and WordPress based. I have strong knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, PHP, and HTML. I have done custom plugin WordPress work and worked with the WordPress REST API. For the theme and/or builder, I prefer either Elementor (Hello) or DIVI.

I have recently done some SwiftUI work for an application that never made the market. I would like to do more Mobile development focusing on cross-platform options such as Kotlin Multiplatform and/or Flutter.

My goals this next year are to increase my knowledge via various work and online Udemy classes. I want to then showcase my work on personal sites and work I have done for clients on this site and GitHub.

I also want to use this “Tech Thoughts” blog as an opportunity to talk about my opinions on the tech world, talk about what I have learned, and maybe even give some pointers.

I am excited about this and my other plans of the year.
